The Bachelor of Management Program prepares students to become professional and competitive graduates in business and management, ready to work in both local and international markets.
Over eight semesters (four years), students study key business areas such as finance, human resources, marketing, operations, and business strategy, while also earning professional competency certifications in Human Resources, Digital Marketing, and the Capital Market.Classes are conducted using active learning, where students engage in discussions, case studies, simulations, and real projects. The program has also incorporated the the Global Workplace English Program to strengthen professional communication skills.
Students can choose from three concentrations: Financial Management, Marketing Management, and General Management. Learning is reinforced through project-based activities using a Design Thinking approach to solve real business problems and develop practical, market-driven solutions.

2. S1 Informatics
The Bachelor of Informatics - Employee Class Program is designed for working professionals who want to upgrade their skills, transition into the technology field, or strengthen their digital competencies without leaving their current job.
With a flexible yet structured system, students can continue working while completing eight semesters (four years) of study and earning a Bachelor of Computer Science degree (S.Kom.). The curriculum covers software and hardware fundamentals, programming, algorithms, databases, networks, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, with learning that can be applied directly in the workplace. Classes are conducted using active learning, and the program has also incorporated the Global Workplace English Program to strengthen professional communication skills.
Learning emphasizes hands-on projects using a Design ThinkingDesign Thinking approach, allowing students to solve real work-related problems and develop practical technology solutions.

Bachelor of Psychology Program - Employee Class is designed for working professionals who aspire to advance their careers in Human Resources (HR), Recruitment, Learning & Development, and People Development, as well as individuals who wish to gain a deeper understanding of human behavior and pursue a future as a professional psychologist through further professional education.
This program is ideal for employees working in manufacturing, healthcare, education, and various service industries who want to earn a Bachelor of Psychology (S.Psi.) degree without leaving their current jobs.
With a flexible yet well-structured learning system, students can continue working while completing their bachelor's degree in eight semesters (four years). The curriculum is designed to provide practical knowledge that can be immediately applied in the workplace, covering Industrial and Organizational Psychology, recruitment and selection, psychological assessment, developmental psychology, social psychology, consumer behavior, and leadership.
The program adopts an Active Learning approach, enabling students to develop practical skills through counseling simulations, psychological assessment practices, interviews, observations, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and case study analyses based on real workplace situations.
Students also participate in Real Case Projectsuch as designing employee development programs, conducting workload analyses, measuring employee engagement (employee engagementand researching consumer behavior.
