HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP

Fill out the Registration Form and the Financial Ability Questionnaire. Take the Horizon Karawang Entrance Test. Pay the First Semester One Installment Fees/ Confirm Payment and Fill Out the Re-Registration Form. Sign the Scholarship Terms. Lastly, upload Administrative Documents: KTP, KK, Diplomas, Transcripts, Deeds, 2×3 Photos, Health Letters (STIKes Only)
